Description of Activities: We are here to support all people who may be experiencing feelings of distress, despair or that they might even be considering taking their own life. We aim to explore feelings without bias, judgement or advice, so that fewer people die by suicide. There is no age limit to those who can contact us.
We are always keen to recruit volunteers so if you are interested, please do get it touch. We can guarantee a warm welcome and excellent training for our vital service.
