Newtonian Trains as a Submariner

Newtonian 18 year old Louis Wilmans started Phase 1 Basic Training with the Royal Navy 9 weeks ago. He Passed Out on Friday after completing his training at HMS Raleigh in Plymouth. He now starts Phase 2 also at HMS Raleigh on his his chosen Job Role as a Supply Chain Logistician. After this he will move to Faslane in Scotland for his specialised Submariner Training to earn the coveted Dolphins.
He was just 1 of 3 chosen to take the Submarine route but is now very excited about what the future holds.
He went to Woodham Comprehensive School and St Francis C of E Junior School. Louis would like to thank Glenn Gowland and the other Recruitment Officers at Darlington Careers Office for all the help and support they gave during the application process. His family are all very proud of what he has achieved.
