Great Aycliffe Community Aid Partnership met last Monday, but due to holidays, organisation staff shortages and with the AGM due in two weeks the numbers dropped to 10 following the record 24 at the March meeting.
Business concluded in 15 minutes with a new partner welcomed, Eddy Wood chairman of Horndale Residents Association. Steven Mitton, Chairman used the time left for a networking session which included Dorothy Bowman from Western Area Community Centre, Geoff Bachelor from Rotary Club, Val Fawcett from DASS, Ken Robson from Acorn Residents Association, Liane Taylor from DISC and our Host, Claire Johnson from Veterans at Ease, Margaret Bain from The Silent Tea House and Steven Mitton from CDFHS.
So if you belong to a organisation that would be interested to know more about Great Aycliffe Community Aid Partnership then why not come to our Annual General Meeting on Monday 18th April at 4 pm at the DISC offices near the Blue Bridge and next door to Newton Press, or contact me on secretary2.gacap@gmail.com or on 07749236853.
