Sporting Futures holiday camp, situated at Woodham Academy, offers children the opportunity to take part in an abundance of sports and fun activities in a safe and secure environment.

The company is owned by Director Liam Coates with three staff: Phil Park, Katie Park Brown, and Ben Turnbull.

Sporting Futures have been working within Primary schools and the communities across the North East region now for the past 6 years. In that time the team have become highly skilled at teaching a vast amount of sports and other activities within school hours and the community.

The company was set up back in 2012 by company director Liam Coates, with one main purpose and that was to create an abundance of opportunities for young children to partake in Sports and activities on a regular basis. But in doing so receiving the best possibly coaching available. Liam and his team are committed to offering the highest possible standards to schools and the community and in 2017 the company were rewarded for their hard work and won a very prestigious award, the North East holiday camp of the year for 2017.

We strive to ensure that all children enjoy their time with us and that we provide a wide range of activities to suit all tastes, with multiple actives happening at the same time. Woodham, offers excellent facilities including their swimming pool which is available for the children to use daily for fun and games, with all the staff working in and around the pool-side being qualified lifeguards.

Additionally, all staff hold up-to date DBS checks and first aid certificates meeting OFSTED requirements.
