Orca Cleaning Services is an external cleaning specialist company created by Newtonian Hollie Smaldon and her partner Steven Holmes from Croxdale. They formed a company to offer high quality exterior cleaning and maintenance packages at an affordable price which includes repair work to ply roofing, cladding and resin flooring and the cleaning of these surfaces. They offer a one stop shop for all essential industrial and commercial cleaning and maintenance work. Steven has over 16 years experience, qualifications and knowledge in the industrial arena, beginning working in resin flooring restoration and repair for five years. He then went on to gain further experience and qualifications in singly ply roofing an innovative and hard wearing roofing material used widely on industrial and commercial units. Steven has worked for many years in this area in industrial cleaning, where the idea for Orca was developed. It is a local family company looking to expand and create jobs as they grow. Orca clean almost any surface to an extremely high standard using only eco friendly and cost effective techniques with top of the range machinery. “We strive for perfection in our work and provide free building inspection on all major components as part of the service, offering fantastic maintenance and cleaning contracts” said Hollie.
