Can I please through your community newspaper send my sincere thanks to all those who have written, telephoned, text and offered support this week for the Friends Of West Park and myself.
I am particularly impressed with those people who attended the Great Aycliffe Town Council meeting to witness the debate on West Park. The dignity shown by the public in the chamber left me deeply humbled.
