Great Aycliffe Town Council will again be holding its Annual Fireworks Display on Thursday 5th November 2015, there will be a funfair for young children, which will open at 5.30 pm, the beacon will be lit at 7pm with the fireworks to follow. Due to safety concerns Great Aycliffe Town Council have taken the decision to only allow residents of the Parish of Great Aycliffe to attend the display, therefore the event will be pre-ticketed.

The Fireworks Display will be a FREE family event and residents can apply for a free wristband by attending Oak Leaf Sports Complex on one of six sessions, please see below:

  • Saturday 17th October – 10.00 am until 3.00 pm
  • Tuesday 20th October – 5.00 pm until 8.30 pm
  • Wednesday 21st October – 10.00 am until 1.00pm
  • Thursday 22nd October – 2.00pm until 6.00pm
  • Saturday 24th October – 9.00 am until 12 noon
  • Monday 26th October – 1.00 pm until 3.30pm

You must provide proof of residency with a utility bill or photo card driving licence. Tickets are limited and will be issued on a first come first served basis. One person may apply for their families wristbands, however please note there are a limited number of wristbands available. The site will be secured and you will not be able to gain access unless you are wearing a wristband.
