Dear Sir,

I would like to give a mention to the staff in Ramsdens, in our Town Centre.

I took a gold necklace in to the shop, which I thought the clasp had broken. I asked the staff member to repair the damage, to which the assistant asked what was wrong with it.

I told her it needed a new clasp, but she explained that there was nothing wrong with the one which was on and promptly put it together infront of me.

On getting it home my Husband could see that she was right.

Now that is good honest service – I would not have known any different if she had just took it from me and gone ahead with a repair which was not needed.

I feel they need a mention.
